๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

  • 2 large size zucchini
  • 1 large size carrot
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 Cup fresh herbs
  • 1/4 Cup gram flour (Besan)
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž:

  • Grate the zucchini and carrots together.
  • โ Add salt to this and mix well.
  • โ Squeeze all the water out.
  • โ Now add chopped onions, minced garlic, Besan, Italian seasoning powder to this mixture.
  • โ Add baking powder and flaxseed powder.
  • โ Devide the mixture into small balls to convert in fritter shapes.
  • โ Now add oil to the shallow pan and fry it on both sides till it turns golden brown on both sides.
    OR
    Brush the oil to fritters and air fry them till they get golden brown on both sides. (For healthier version ๐Ÿ˜œ)
  • โ Serve with a generous dip.
