Paan-Gulkand Chia pudding

Paan-Gulkand Chia pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Betel leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 and 1/4th cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp gulkand
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Few saffron strands
  • 1/8 tsp of cardamom powder
  • ⁠1/4 tsp thandak / mint / menthol
  • Soaked cashew nuts (cut into small pieces) for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp gulkand for garnish

Procedure:

  • Remeove the stems of betel leaves
  • ⁠Cut there betel leaves in pieces
  • ⁠Blend betel leaves along with gulkand, coconut milk, cardamom powder, thandak/ mint / menthol and fennel seeds.
  • ⁠Now strain the mixture and add chia seeds and honey to it.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
  • ⁠Place the pudding in serving container
  • ⁠Garnish with gulkand, saffron strands and chopped nuts.
