Paan-Gulkand Chia pudding
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Betel leaves
 - 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 and 1/4th cups coconut milk
 - 1 tbsp gulkand
 - 1 tsp fennel seeds
 - 1 tsp honey
 - Few saffron strands
 - 1/8 tsp of cardamom powder
 - 1/4 tsp thandak / mint / menthol
 - Soaked cashew nuts (cut into small pieces) for garnish
 - 1/2 tsp gulkand for garnish
 
Procedure:
- Remeove the stems of betel leaves
 - Cut there betel leaves in pieces
 - Blend betel leaves along with gulkand, coconut milk, cardamom powder, thandak/ mint / menthol and fennel seeds.
 - Now strain the mixture and add chia seeds and honey to it.
 - Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
 - Place the pudding in serving container
 - Garnish with gulkand, saffron strands and chopped nuts.
 - Enjoy!!!
