Acai Bowl with Blueberries

Acai Bowl with Blueberries

Ingredients

For the base:
2 handfuls blueberries
½ frozen chopped banana (at least three hours)
2 dates
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp Acai powder (available online)

For the topping:


1 tbsp Paleo Granola
1 tsp mixed seeds
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Handful fresh berries and fruits.

Method:

  1. Chop and freeze the banana
  2. Put all the base ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
  3. Pour into a bowl and top it up with granola, mixed seeds, desiccated coconut and fresh berries and fruits.
    Arrange each of the ingredients in crescent moon pattern next to each other for beautiful look.
