Banana & Oats Breakfast Bowl

Super easy breakfast for this fast paced life!

Livening up your usual fruit with oats and yogurt with a spoonful of honey and a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon is a great way to start your day!

Banana is our favourite, but you could use this recipe on any other fruit that takes your fancy.

Ingredients
1) 3tbsp fat free natural yogurt
2)1tsp honey or maple syrup
3)1 banana, sliced
4)grated nutmeg or a pinch of cinnamon
5) 3 tablespoon rolled out oats
6) Nuts of your choice (Almonds or Walnuts)
7) Seeds of your choice (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds)

Procedure
-Mix the yogurt and honey in a ramekin or small bowl and stir in the almonds or walnuts , flax seeds or sunflower seeds
-Add oats & mix it again
-Top it up with banana
-Dust with a little nutmeg or cinnamon to eat.
-Refrigerate for sometime & it’s ready to eat.
