Beetroot Cutlet Meal (Navratri Spl)

Ingredients:

11/2 Sweet Potato

1 Beetroot

150 grams Paneer

1 cup Peanuts crushed

1 cup Banyard Millets (Bhagar / Vari/ Samo) flour

1 tsp Salt (as per taste)

1 tsp ginger n green chilly paste

1/2 tsp chaat masala

2 tsp sesame seeds

2 tsp oil

Letuce leaves

1 bowl hung Curd

1 tsp Jeera powder

1/2 tsp salt (as per taste)

Procedure:

  • Boil Beetroot & Sweet-potato till soft
  • Mash the Beetroot & Sweet-potato together
  • Add crushed peanuts and paneer and mix well
  • Add salt, 1 tsp sesame seeds chaat masala and ginger n green chilly paste.
  • Add Banyard Millets (Bhagar / Vari/ Samo) flour to the mixture & mix well together.
  • Make small balls of the mixture and press down to make cutlets.
  • Sprinkle remailing sesame seeds on top.
  • Shallow fry on frying pan or in air fryer.
  • Mix hung curd, salt, jeera powder in a bowl
  • Place lettuce leaves, cover it with hung curd spread and place the Beetroot cutlets on it.
  • Serve with green chutney
