Beetroot Sprouts Sprouts Chilla

Ingredients (serves 3)

1.5 cup mung sprouts

1 beetroot

2 green chilies

1 inch ginger

4-5 garlic

1 onion

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

Salt as per taste

4 tbsp chickpeas flour

1 tsp sesame seeds

few coriander leaves

1-2 tbsp oil

Method:

▫️Take a bowl add Sprouted mung, beatroot, green chilli, ginger, garlic, onion, chickpeas flour, sesame seeds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, sesame seeds and salt.

▫️Grind it well.

▫️Pour it in greased pan and cook both sides until golden brown.

▫️And tadaaaaaa yummy and healthy
