BERRY BARS


Ingredients

  • 180g ripe banana (approx 2 medium bananas
  • 100g porridge oat (1 1/4 of cups)
  • 2 big tablespoons smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter you like) (1/2 us cup)
  • Handful of chopped strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of chopped almonds
  • Handful of chopped walnuts
  • Handful of pumpkin seeds and flax seeds
  • Pinch of salt (as per taste)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 degrees F)
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with ghee or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Smash the bananas well, then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Allow it to cool completely before slicing into bars.
