BERRY BARS
Ingredients
- 180g ripe banana (approx 2 medium bananas
 - 100g porridge oat (1 1/4 of cups)
 - 2 big tablespoons smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter you like) (1/2 us cup)
 - Handful of chopped strawberries
 - Handful of blueberries
 - Handful of chopped almonds
 - Handful of chopped walnuts
 - Handful of pumpkin seeds and flax seeds
 - Pinch of salt (as per taste)
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350 degrees F)
 - Lightly grease a baking dish with ghee or line it with parchment paper.
 - Smash the bananas well, then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
 - Allow it to cool completely before slicing into bars.
