Hummus Salad
Summer is a good time to have soothing one pot meal that includes it all;
Like carbs, proteins, fibre, vitamins and minerals.
This ‘Hummus salad’ recipe has perfect summer vibe with very calming flavors and full range of nutrients.
Hummus Salad
Ingredients
1 cup Soked and boiled chickpeas,
¼ cup tahini
1 lemon, (juiced)
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
4 cups fresh parsley
2 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup sliced radishes
¼ cup fresh basil
¼ cup fresh dill
Instructions
- Add soked and boiled chickpeas and minced garlic to the bowl of a food processor.
- Puree until a smooth, powder-like mixture forms.
- While processor is running, add ice cubes, tahini, salt, and lemon juice.
- Blend for about 4 minutes or so.
- Hummus is ready..
- Now Add garlic, salt, cumin.
- Add half of parsley, tomatoes, sliced radishes, basil and fresh dill in a food processor
- Process until smooth. You can also use store brought hummus
- Divide the hummus between 4 plates
- Spread it into a circle with the back of a spoon.
- Top with remaining parsley, basil, dill, tomatoes, and radishes.
- Now its time to serve this yummy Hummus Salad ???? ????
