No Maida High Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Masoor dal
  • ⁠3/4 cup milk
  • ⁠3 dates
  • ⁠1/4 tsp baking powder
  • ⁠Salt; just a pinch
  • ⁠melted ghee just to brush the waffle maker
  • ⁠Honey & berries for garnish

Procedure:

  • Wash 1/2 cup masoor dal, soak in 3/4 cup milk and 3 dates overnight
  • Blend it in the morning and add 1/4 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt to the batter
  • Brush the waffle maker on both sides with melted ghee before pouring the batter
  • Waffle it up
  • ⁠Now serve with Honey & fresh berries.
