The easiest way to include Ragi in your everyday diet is to incorporate them in ldly/Dosa batter.
Adding Chole to the Dosa adds healthy protein to the Dosa and excellent taste & texture too.
Ragi Chickpea Dosa

Ingredients:
Ragi, 1 Cup
Chickpeas, 1/2 Cup
Water to soak
Water to blend,
1/2 Cup Salt to taste
Jeera Powder
Ghee
Instructions:
- Soak ragi and chickpeas for 6 hours or
overnight - Grind them together to form the batter.
- Ferment the batter overniaht

- Make the ragi dosas on a tawa as shown
- Serve with Mint Chutney and enjoy ????
