Vegan Beetroot Dip with Toast


Ingredients


Toast
1/2 small boiled beetroot
1 tsp lemon juice
15-16 Almonds
1/2 tsp black pepper powder as per requirement
Salt as per taste
1 cup chopped salad(onion, cucumber,tomato)
1 cup sprouts
1 cup micro greens
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chaat masala powder as per taste

How To Make

  1. Take a grinder jar add Almonds, boiled beetroot, lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder and blend it to a smooth paste.
  2. Delicious dip is ready.
  3. Now take a bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, salt, lemon juice, chaat masala powder, sprouts and coriander leaves and mix it well.
  4. Yummmy Salad is now ready.
  5. It’s time to arrenge all toast in a plate and spread beetroot dip on the toast
  6. Top it with salad
  7. Now garnish with coriander leaves, micro greens and serve.
