Watermelon is summer’s fruit! Not only is it full of vitamins and hydrating but it also makes a really good frozen treat. This watermelon popsicle recipe is sure to cool you down this summer.

WATERMELON POPSICLE

Ingredients

• 3 cups watermelon juice

• 1 cup small Watermelon Chunks

• 1 cup Berries (blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, karvanda (करवंद), cut in to small cubes- strawberries)

• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 table spoon Cinnamon powder

• Salt as per taste

Instructions

• Pour the watermelon juice mixed with lemon juice into popsicle molds.

• Add in few Berries, Watermelon chunks, cinnamon powder and salt to each mold.

• Place a popsicle stick inside the mold and attach the lid.

• Freeze overnight.
Tadaàh… super healthy Watermelon Popsicles are ready.

Note: To remove in the morning, run warm water over the bottom of the mold to release the popsicles.
