Chocolate Cheesecake

Here’s a sweet end to the week where we have spoken about correlation between Diabetes and Weightloss throughout the week.
This yummy recipe is not just diabetes and Weightloss friendly but also deliciously satisfying.

Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups (250 g) cooked chickpeas,

½ cup (55 g) cocoa powder

1 (14 oz) (400 g) package firm tofu

8 Medjool dates, pitted + soft

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (240 ml) plant-based milk

Process:

Put the chickpeas in blender with cocoa powder, firm tofu, plant-based milk & datesat

Blend well together till smooth.

Add Vanilla extract & mix well.

Pour it into cheesecake tin.

Bake it at 350 F / 180 C for 40 minutes.

Then cool it well in refrigerator for 60- 90 minutes atleast
