Veg Protein Salad
Ingredients:
3 tbsp raw mung (soaked overnight and steamed)
100g low fat paneer
1/4 cup cherry tomato
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 small onion
1/2 tsp olive oil
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Procedure:
- Soak yellow mung overnight and boil it steam until soft but not mushy.
- Grind garlic, green chilli and coriander to paste.
- โ Spray the pan with oil. Add paneer cubes, salt and garlic, chilli,coriander paste and sautรฉ well.
- โ Add Coriander, lemon juice, regular salt, black salt, black pepper powder, oregano to the mixing bowl.
- โ Add tomato, onion, cucumber, steamed mung, mint leaves to the mixing bowl.
- โ Mix it well together.
- โ Now add sautรฉed paneer on the top.
