Fibertein Bread
Ingredients:
- 200g grated carrot
- 200g grated zucchini (squeezed to take out liquids)
- 200g oats
- 300g Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 70g mixed seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2-1 tsp salt (to taste)
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC.
- Mix all the ingredients in one bowl until well combined, (use your hands it needed)
- Form the dough into an oval loaf shape with wet hands on some baking parchment, pressing it firmly together.
- โ Spread the loaf of the same thickness/ height throughout and not too thick otherwise this will affect cooking times.
- Bake at 180ยฐC for 60 minutes (or until cooked through)
