Fibertein Bread

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrot
  • 200g grated zucchini (squeezed to take out liquids)
  • 200g oats
  • 300g Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 70g mixed seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp salt (to taste)

Procedure:

  • Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC.
  • Mix all the ingredients in one bowl until well combined, (use your hands it needed)
  • Form the dough into an oval loaf shape with wet hands on some baking parchment, pressing it firmly together.
  • โ Spread the loaf of the same thickness/ height throughout and not too thick otherwise this will affect cooking times.
  • Bake at 180ยฐC for 60 minutes (or until cooked through)
